Chinmaya Dunster (born 1954 in Kent, England) is a sarod player whose compositions incorporate elements of Celtic and Hindustani music. He is an active environmentalist and performs concerts to foster awareness for saving ecosystems and wildlife. Dunster has released over twenty CDs since 1990.
Chinmaya Dunster is a sarod player, composer and producer. His unique blend of Indian Classical, World and New Age music has resulted in eleven CDs on New Earth. Over the years Chinmaya became involved in awareness-raising for environmental and social justice issues in his adopted homeland, India.
