Jacintha’s music is like the slow dance you don’t ever want to end. The songs are slow, soft & very relaxing. They create a beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend this or any of her other albums. Jazz has many styles, but she sings this style as well as anyone ever has.
Julie London, the legendary torch song singer & pop balladeer of the 60s & early 70s, passed away in Los Angeles 2 years ago. The singer who had a huge hit with her version of Cry Me A River still retains a large fan base worldwide & has always been 1 of Jacintha’s favourite singers. It only seems natural that for this, her 4th album for Groove Note, the sensual & talented Jacintha, no mean balladeer herself, has chosen to record & dedicate an album to Julie.
