This box set includes four great operas including Mozart's "Le Nozze di Figaro," Rossini's "Il Barbiere di Siviglia," Verdi's "La Traviata" featuring Placido Domingo and Puccini's "La Boheme" featuring Luciano Pavarotti! 

Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro is performed by the Chor und Orchester der Deutschen Oper Berlin conducted by Karl Bohm. It was recorded March 1968 at Jesus-Christus-Kirche, Berlin.

Rossini's Il Barbiere di Siviglia is performed by The Ambrosian Opera Chorus and London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Claudio Abbado. It was recorded September 1971 at Town Hall, Watford, London.

Verdi's La Traviata is performed by Chor der Bayerischen Staatsoper and Bayerisches Staatsorchester conducted by Carlos Kleiber. It was recorded May 1976 and June 1977 at Burgerbrau-Keller, Munich.

Puccini's La Boheme is performed by Schoneberger Sanberknaben, teh Chor der Deutschen Oper Berlin, and Berliner Philharmoniker conducted by Herbert von Karajan. This was recorded October 1972 at Jesus-Christus-Kirche, Berlin.
